Melbourne based group New Dub City return with a new lineup, and release the first song from their second album, ‘New World Order', a driving dancehall beat backed by swirling analogue synths.

Based on the riddim 'Smoke Machine' by Dre Skull, ‘New World Order’ signifies a change in direction for the group to a dancehall inspired hip hop sound.

Produced by Ali MC at Raspect Sound Studios, and mixed by Wayne ‘Lotek’ Bennett (Roots Manuva, Speech Debelle), ‘New World Order’ has hard hitting lyrics describing the relationship between the First and Third Worlds.

New Dub City are renowned for their high energy shows and passionate vocal delivery, and have toured Australia and New Zealand numerous times, including a two-week tour of remote Aboriginal communities in the Ngaanyatjarra Lands of the Western Desert.

In 2011 they released their debut album 'Home' on their own label, Raspect Records, a dubbed out journey of worldwide beats, inspired by producer and frontman Ali MC’s travels around the world.

New Dub City will be touring Australia and New Zealand over the coming months, and plan to release their new album 'Tap Tap' in late 2013. Check for more details.
